What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
 
Jewellery Kings accepts returns/exchanges if lodged within 14 days from the date your item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is lodged for return after 14 days have expired.

**Due to health and safety regulations, EARRINGS will not be accepted or refunded if returned.

**Due to health and safety regulations, earrings will not be accepted or refunded if returned.
 
Customised orders are not subject to return/ exchange as these are made to order pieces unless it is due to manufacturing defects inline with our Lifetime Guarantee policy set forth below.

International orders, please note that we will charge a 30% re-stocking fee if the item is returned to us due to unpaid duties & taxes.
 
Jewellery Kings will reimburse or pay for the return shipping expenses incurred, only in the event that we have made an error. 
For example: if Jewellery Kings were to send you the incorrect item.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received you return we will first need to inspect the item/s to insure original condition and unworn, if all checks are ok we will process the refund and you will receive a notification via email.
If for any reason the item does not pass the inspection we will notify you separately to discuss.
Please allow for a few business days for a refund to return to your bank/ credit card.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or afterPay as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
