Lifetime Guarantee

Jewellery Kings (High End Holdings Pty. Ltd.) is committed to delivering products of the highest standard and quality. To this end, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee ("Guarantee") subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein for all purchases of our Jewellery.

Scope of the Guarantee

1. Replacement or Exchange: If the Gold Plated Jewellery item/s you purchased suffers from manufacturing defects that result in damage, fading, or breakage during the course of normal wear, you are entitled to a one-time replacement of the Product, at no additional cost.

2. Item Discontinuation: In the event that the Product is no longer available, you have the option to exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.

 

Exclusions

1. Altered Products: Any alteration to the Product, whether resizing, engraving, or customising, will void this Guarantee. This applies to all types of products, including watches.

2. Lost or Stolen Items: This Guarantee does not cover loss or theft of the Product, irrespective of the type of product.

3. Wear and Tear: The Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abnormal or improper use, accidents, or natural degradation over time. This includes both jewellery and watches.

4. Maintenance: This Guarantee becomes void if the Product has not been properly maintained or cleaned, or if it is in poor condition due to neglect. This condition applies to both jewellery and watches.

5. Determining Manufacturing Fault: The validity of this Guarantee for issues such as damage, breakage, or fading is at the sole discretion of the Company. Claims will be deemed valid only if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect upon inspection by the Jewellery Kings quality assurance team.

6. Watch Warranty Period: For watches, the warranty period is determined by the specific brand we retail. However, if the watch is a Jewellery Kings branded, made or custom-designed piece, the default warranty period is two years from the date of purchase. The same exclusions for altered products, lost or stolen items, and user damage or mistreatment apply.

 

How to Claim

To avail of this Guarantee, you must provide the following for inspection:

1. Order number or email linked to original order.
2. The affected Product.
3. Authenticity & Lifetime Guarantee Card included with every Jewellery purchase.

General Provisions

This Guarantee is non-transferrable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the Product unless deemed as a gift. It is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product was purchased.

Jewellery Kings reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue this Guarantee at any time, provided that any such alteration, suspension, or discontinuation will not affect Products purchased prior to such action.
